Yesterday I went shopping (finally feeling good enough to get out for a few hours at a time) and I bought tons of cute clothes. Work Clothes that is. Only problem... I can't go back to work yet because I haven't been released by Mr. Doc. I started to get really sad because I got all these cute clothes, shoes, jewelry, etc. for Christmas but now I have nowhere to wear them to, dangit! Not that I'm complaining too much, because I definitely don't feel ready to go back, BUT I do hate that my cute clothes aren't getting more use right now.
So, that's where you guys come in. I decided to share with you some of my favorite shopping finds and Christmas gifts that I received. I figured you all would appreciate it :)
I am a HUGE fan of Old Navy right now... I mostly just buy tops and dresses from them, but I love all the sheer/flowy things that they have!
This gray number is sooooo cute with leggings. I can't even tell you how much I love it!
The sweet Mr. Lemons bought these earrings for me with our daughter's birthstone. I love it when he shops on Etsy. It just makes my heart happy!
I am an Oakleys fan for sure. And, I especially love their aviators!
Anybody else loving tall boots this season because I for sure am! These tall boots from Penney's are perfect... a little wedge, but still nice and comfy!
Okay, now I feel better about all the money I spent because at least my favorite blogging friends have seen my loot!
I did spend a little time this weekend working on mini-unit for Capacity. I know there's a lot of measurement coming up in our math for this next semester! Here's a little peek at what's included...
And, if you are doing length measurement with inches and centimeters, I have this unit also!
Well, I desperately need a shower, and come to think of it my teeth need to be brushed also! I'm all kinds of gross right now! Hope those of you that are going back to work on Monday enjoy these last precious moments off!

A glad you are getting better :). I always love all of the Old Navy holiday shirts and pajama pants :). I also love your new units. If I taught second grade I'd definitely be getting both of them. Your stuff is always so cute! I will definitely be telling our second grade team about your measurement items :)
Glad to see you are feeling better! I love Old Navy too...they had sweaters for literally six dollars the day after Christmas. You're unit looks great, but I have to say I am a bit thankful I don't have to teach math this year. Measurement is always a struggle. Have a great weekend!

I have been praying for you when the Lord brings you to mind. I too am a fashion fanatic and LOVe clothes, accessories you name it. My birthday was the end of December and I told me hubby....that I wanted him to give each of our 2 kids 15 or 20 bucks to spend at Charming Charlies - jewelry boutique. The catch I wanted them to pick out the items with NO help at all from dad. I was so impressed with what they picked. I will have to put it on instagram for you to check out. :o)
