I'm back!

I'm back from Honduras, friends!  We took LOADS of pictures, but I just wanted to share a few with my sweet teacher friends out there :)!  I do have to say thank you to anyone who has purchased from my TpT store, because I was able to use part of my earnings to go on the mission trip!!  Not only have you all helped our adoption process, but you've also helped us on the mission field... God is so good!  Thank you for being a blessing :)

This little guy won my heart immediately.  I got to use my teacher skills a lot on this little fellow because every time we went to make a craft he would say, "No puedo" which means, "I can't" so I had to honor of helping him during every craft session :)  How could you say no to that sweet face, really?!

I also experienced "Coke in a Sack"... they turn the bottles back in, so the coke is poured into a plastic baggie!  Genius!

I got the privilege of watching our students love on some little kids... that makes my heart melt!

My hubby is going to make a great Daddy!  I love it!

I learned how to do "A Tootie Ta" in Spanish :)

We hiked down a mountain to get to this waterfall!

The kids that we worked with for the majority of the time were either orphans or at-risk kids.  The best part of the trip was just loving on them.

This precious face says it all...

To learn a little more about missionaries in Honduras who are serving daily there, visit {HERE}!  If you have a little extra money, it is a great cause to donate to... I promise the money is all going to the sweet people of Honduras!  They focus on building homes for widows, building churches, and providing water storage/sources for communities.  If you are a coffee drinker visit {HERE}, all of the profits also go to the people of Honduras!

Now that I'm back, I'm working on a few back-to-school units.  This one I am really excited about!!!

Question: Did you go through your church or an organization? I am DYING to go on a mission trip but I am struggling to find a group to go with.

    Thanks,
