All in a day's work :)

My completed projects for the day:

My birthday BB- this is actually on half of my door.  Not sure what I'll do with the bottom half yet!  I'll add the candles once I get my student info

My inspiration from Pinterest:

Birthday treats- I attached the balloons to funky straws instead of pixie sticks- I didn't want to violate any nutrition laws, and I'm not a huge fan of sugary substances in my classroom :)

Head on over to What the Teacher Wants for some birthday freebies!

Our grade level section of the campus display cases- Just have to add pictures and names of all my teamies!  Sorry for the metal bar in the pic!

Boring, but I did get my lower cabinets covered, for now.  I might add some cute decals or something to the posters.  You can find them HERE

This is my teamie's BB, and I think it's stinkin cute... so, I had to show you guys!  I didn't help make it, and I have NO clue what it says hahaha!

Oh, and now that I've given my teammates their gifts, I can show them to you all!  Here's what I made them:

Okay, that's it for now!  I have tons of emails to answer and a few more projects to complete at home tonight!

Thanks for the GREAT idea for the birthday balloons! I had seen the Pixie Stick version on Pinterest, and loved the idea, but didn't want to use the Pixie Sticks. I am so glad there is someone smarter than me out there to come up with these great ideas. LOL! Thank for sharing. I love your blog! Even though I teach K, I will follow your blog because you have great ideas! Good luck with the start of school. - Caroline
